The main new currency you will use to unlock gear from Wastelanders is Gold Bullion.
You can obtain gold Bullion exchanging Treasury Notes in appropriate Machines, with daily limit of 200 Bullion per day from this source. You get 10 Gold Bullion per each Treasury Note you desposit.
You can also purchase it directly from caps, with limit of 300 per week, 20 caps each, for total of 6k caps - from Smiley located in Wayward.

The new Wastelander weapons are armors are not tradeable. To get them, you need to grind to unlock them, then you need to roll them properly, and finally you need to grind to mod them for full potential.

Regarding Armors, you can now obtain end-game Armors from the vendor Reginald, that will equip you in plans for items previously connected to V94 - Strangler Heart Power Armor, Thorn and Solar Armors. With Wastelanders, new armors will also be unlocked:

There's no novelty at T-65 mods - its advantage comes from having stats superior to any of its competitors.

Secret Service armor generally follows Trapper Armor modding scheme, with one particularly notable exception - it is the only armor set that is not Power Armor yet allows to equip a Jet Pack.
