Stronger variant of Plasma gun. Only available legendary through Legendary Crafting. Many of it's mods are unobtainable, the rest of them can either only be bought from Whitesprings bunker or obtained when the items mod configuration is initially rolled.
Gives 5% bonus additive damage for each full 5% health missing, maximum at 95%. Usually gives 80-60%, depending on how much health given player has.
Increases the firerate by 25%
Reduces the guns AP cost by 25% of its base cost. Stacks directly with any other AP cost reduction effects (weapons craftable mods).
