Automated grenade launcher. It's projectiles are homing in VATS (adjusting trajectory midway), and VATS works against players with this weapon.
Effectiveness of this Prefix is entirely dependent on the type of the projectile it should duplicate. In theory, it should add another projectile that deals 25% of given weapon with standard receiver. In practice, it gives very inconsistent results for projectiles that "cannot be legendary explosive". Additive for ballistic weapons, multiplicative for energy.
Adds 0.5 to critical bonus multiplier
Reduces weapons weight by flat amount equal to 90% of it's standard version. Doesn't reduce weight of craftable mods.
